my Story

In 2018, I opened a restaurant with my family in Binghamton, New York, called Beijing Dumpling. It was a great restaurant and soon became well known in the community. We were published by newspapers in several articles, such as the local Press & Sun Bulletin, which praised us for our authenticity and originality.

In the 2020 summer, I moved to Rochester and opened my own restaurant, Seasons’ Noodle. Here I work to continuously serve fresh, homemade, authentic food, seeking to deliver a more balanced and customizable menu.
